Leyland Photographic Society states itself as being a 'friendly' society. I became a member around Nov 2009 and found it to be just that. I have also made some very good friends during the short time that I have been member. If you need help with anything, someone is always there to lend a helping hand. If sharing your hobby with like-minded people is what you want, then this is the club for you.

I have just completed my first full season and have learnt so much by entering all the competitions and taking on board the judges's comments. But, at the end of the day, if you like the image you have taken, that is all that matters.

Nature/macro work is my favourite subject, so I want to try and improve in this area during the course of next season, and one day I would like to have a panel to put together for my LRPS. Here are some of my images.
